We completed the discussion about the job search qualifications for Organizational Communications related jobs and started on the next which involves the use of social media in organizations to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. We discussed the use of social media at Dunkin' Donuts, which is restricted to use by regional corporate managers. Dunkin' restricts the use of social media because it wants to control its brand and messaging and to avoid local offers from being spread nationally through the Internet.
