Lesson Outline
This afternoon we completed our calendar review and a calendar activity. In the activity, we looked at a sample month of June calendar and answered questions using the information. This included items such as: how many Mondays are there, what are the dates for the first and third Friday, the date of the last Tuesday, etc. We then completed a Florida Studies Weekly packet about being a good citizen. We read that good citizens are helpful, kind, fair, follow rules, and share. We discussed scenarios involving taking turns, voting to make a group decision, and ways to share to make things fair.
