Hunter had an 11 question test on Matrices. He took about 60 minutes to finish it. He was able to look at his notes and book. When he got stuck, he used both of the resources. I was pleased that he looked at them, rather than asking me for help.
After his test, we looked at a Khan Academy video that introduced Hunter to parabolas. He learned about parabolas that open up and down, the vertex, and the axis of symmetry. He answered 7 questions from Khan about the basics of parabolas. We then reviewed multiplying binomials using FOIL. He remembered it well.
