Our World Cultures lesson today looked into holidays and their traditions around the world. We researched Christmas, Hanukkah, Diwali, Kwanzaa, Las Posadas, and Saint Lucia. Then, we played the game of dreidel together which was new to us both. Finally, Yanuell and I continued working on the clay project that we began last week. He carefully painted the clay which is now drying. Next week we will wrap it so it is ready to take home for Mom and Dad.
