We watched a Khan academy video about the binomial theorem, then expanded a few binomials using the theorem. We then watched a Khan academy video about Pascal's Triangle, which is a simpler way to expand binomials. We worked a few problems by expanding binomials using the exponent pattern and the coefficients from Pascal's Triangle. Hunter understood the basic concepts, but not the more advanced mathematical explanation.
