Charlie finished the the Listening section of the Stanford Achievement Test today. He had some difficulty listening and paying attention without getting distracted. Afterwards, we analyzed news about the volcanic eruption, earthquakes, and toxic gas emissions in Hawaii. We discussed this relative to one of the themes of geography - human-environment interaction.
