Lesson Topic
Adding non-perpendicular vectors
Lesson Outline
Vlad and I discussed an applied physics problem he is working on and then reviewed the homework problem. The idea was to add two vectors algebraically when each was the resultant of perpendicular vectors. We finished the problem and I guided him through finding resultant velocities for perpendicular velocities. The assignment was to read p.95-99 about projectile motion.

Lesson Comments
From time to time, Vlad makes some errors in the mathematics required in physics. For now, I am forcing him to apply the math so that he will learn it.
