Samantha worked almost the entire time on finishing the test. I graded the test and found that she had made a perfect score plus answered the bonus question correctly for ten extra points.
After the test, I introduced the next topic which is about polynomials. I defined the terms 'monomial' and 'polynomial' and helped Sam understand standard form and degree of a polynomial. I showed her the expansion of a binomial raised to the third power. There was no assignment.
