We reviewed Natalie's homework ,an assessment quiz ,which focused on budgets and credit . While she had difficulty with a number of the questions, when we went over her answers together she was quick to spot the correct answer and to recognize the problem with her response. She then completed the study guide questions on stocks and bonds after which we revised some of her answers . In connection therewith, I reviewed the difference between stocks and bonds as well as the risk associated with each investment. Natalie has requested some additional practice in essay writing and ,as such, for homework I assigned reading two pages on fiscal policy as well as the portion of the text on income inequality as these will serve as a basis for her writing an essay on whether changes in federal fiscal policy can effectively address the issue of income inequality.
