Taylor had completed several activities in her vocabulary book for homework. We went over the completed exercises. Taylor had done quite well using the difficult vocabulary words. We then moved on and read more from the novel. I am really trying to encourage annotating a text to increase understanding. We stop at certain points to illustrate how/what to mark in the novel.
