Ben and I discussed how the government behaved in the early days and why the articles of confederation struggled. We also discussed how Washington was only president of the United States to lead men in battle as president.
Ben viewed a video, called 'Search and Seizure: Crash Course Government and Politics' #27. It discussed the right of people to be secure against unreasonable searches and seizures. Topics included an examination of a search and seizure warrant and a discussion about the Exclusionary Rule, where unlawfully obtained evidence is excluded from the trial. We also reviewed the exclusion of students who don't have the same protections as other citizens. Ben answered questions about the material comprehensively after viewing the video.
