Topics included an examination of a search and seizure warrant and a discussion about the Exclusionary Rule, where unlawfully obtained evidence is excluded from the trial. We also reviewed the exclusion of students who don't have the same protections as other citizens. Ben answered questions about the material comprehensively after viewing the video.

Ben and I discussed Select Committees and Standing Committees in Congress. We discussed how they provide oversight and how they work to address issues in the country.
