Ashley was apologetic for missing yesterday. I stressed the importance of missing the event as missing a test. I also discussed how this does not demonstrate good academic integrity and could jeopardize her place in NHS.
Not being here today basically constituted skipping a test. She had an event today, Valentine's Day. She obviously did not forget as her mother let her go get her hair done for her date.
Her mother asked that I give her a make up opportunity. I don't see what choice I have but ....
