I setup Jess's AP exams at Methacton High School. Jess was a little apprehensive about taking them. I spoke with her mother and she was able to reassure her there is nothing to loose by taking them. We also discussed her plans for next year. She told Cindy she would like to go to Wharton. Cindy told her she will need to take pretty much all AP courses next year and given her GPA, test scores, and her equestrian experience she is a "competitive" candidate. She asked about how to demonstrate leadership and I pointed her in the direction of starting a community service project related to the equestrian community.

- Charlotte's performance on the exam was not satifactory. In spite of two complete classes of reviewing all of the material, Charlotte scored only a 58% score. We used the class time to demonstrate a process which Charlotte can use to assist her in becoming a more independent learner. It is apparent that she did not prepare for the exam, nor read or review any of the text materials or notes she had taken.
