S: Noah was seen at the Batt School for treatment. He was eager to work with SLP at beginning of session. Some task avoidance/non-compliance noted as session progressed. O: Noah was first asked to follow a variety of 2-step related directions. He completed the activity with 80% accuracy. Noah then completed a quantitative concepts activity in which he discriminated full versus empty in a field of 2 visual answer choices. He completed the activity with 60% accuracy. Lastly, Noah was asked to identify spatial concepts in a field of 3 answer choices. He completed the activity with 71% accuracy. A: Some decreases displayed across POC goals. This is likely attributed to task avoidance/non-compliance. P: Continue with current POC. Monitor goals displaying decreases. Probe additional goals based on previous testing results.
With Silly Putty and paint pens, Richard practice his spelling words (minute, hour, touch, clothes). We practiced words with ie and a long e sound. Richard read books with words he can read.

Joshua was absent today. I emailed him an activity to review logarithms and exponential functions. I told him to take care of his health first but if he wanted to get extra practice, he could work on those.
