7-4 Factoring Polynomials – We learned that the greatest common factor of the terms of a polynomial is the greatest common factor of the coefficients and the variable or variables, using the number of instances of the variable that are common to each term.

In this activity, Xavier focused on linear equations using standard forms of point slope, slope intercept and slope formulas given two points.

In. this activity, Zachary learned how to divide polynomial functions by a polynomial function of lesser degree. This exercise was more challenging for Zachary.

In this activity, Zachary reviewed the rules to add and subtract polynomials with the distributive property. We completed the lesson with multiplication of polynomials using (FOIL).
