3-2 Linear Functions – We learned to interpret functions represented by graphs, tables, verbal descriptions, and function notation in terms of a context.
Assignment: For homework complete assigned problems.
3-2 Linear Functions – We learned to write and evaluate linear functions using function notation. Then we learned to graph a linear function and relate the domain of a function to its graph.
Assignment: For homework complete assigned problems P. 100 19-25.
3-1 Relations and Functions – We learned to identify functions and their components in a variety of forms such as graphs, tables, and ordered pairs. Next we learned that a relation is a function only if each element of the domain is assigned to exactly one element in the range. Finally we identified constraints on the domain based on real-world problems. Test on 3-1 Relations and Functions.
Assignment: For homework complete assigned problems.
3-1 Relations and Functions – We learned that a relation is an association between sets of ordered pairs where the domain consists of the set of x-values and the range consists of the set of y-values.
Assignment: For homework complete assigned problems.
We started the class with Bella copying some definitions in her notebook. Then I explained the differences between range and domain, and how to identify them. Finally, Bella worked on solving the practice questions on a worksheet.
3-1 Relations and Functions – We learned that a relation is an association between sets of ordered pairs where the domain consists of the set of x-values and the range consists of the set of y-values.

My schedule says I have Mercer from 11:00-12:00 but apparently now I have Bella. I had problems connecting to the network in the science lab and could only face-time with her for a few minutes.
2-3 Standard Form – We reviewed the steps to write and graph linear equations in standard form. We practiced changing from standard form to slope-intercept form.
