Stephanie is her own worst enemy. She tends to over complicate questions, especially in the math section. She said that math teachers have told her that since middle school. She has made great improvement in answering problems in the science section.
Stephanie expressed a need to work on more geometry concepts. At this point she is beginning to become stressed about the geometry, which is not a small part of the test as a whole. For the last session on Friday, I am going to have her practice a few problems in each section, with a time limit. I feel like that will help her gain confidence, realizing that geometry is not the entire test.

A considerable amount of time was spent on overview of becoming a PT and which colleges offer programs. I spent extra time (1hr) in addition to the (2hr) appointment because I actually completed a lot of the info on the apps, uploaded essays, short answers, and the resume.
I also had to re-edit the FSU essay because the essay topic changed and I called the state universities to inquire about applying with a declared major. I have also conferenced extensively with Stephanie and her father.

All of Stephanie's subscores were between 18 and 20, which means that there wasn't much difference between subjects. It seems that she is quickly improving in science and english, but not as quickly in math. We will be going over strategies for the reading section on Friday, and hopefully will have some time to work on math as well!

Stephanie did well on the algebra drill but struggled through the geometry. I am going to search for some more geometry practice for her. She also felt good about the science section.
We began by going over the homework problems that Stephanie did. I noticed that she was having trouble with geometry concepts so we spent the rest of the time going over concepts from geometry.
