College Board Website, AP Statistics, Unit 5.8: The shape, center, and variability of the distribution of a difference in means; and how to interpret their parameters.
College Board Website, AP Statistics, Unit 5.7: the shape, center, and variability of the sampling distribution of a sample mean; and how to interpret parameters and probabilities for a sampling distribution of a sample mean. Unfortunately, Joshua did not do as well as we had hoped in the Unit 4 tests.

Lesson Comments
Joshua took a very long time to complete the unit 4 test and received a grade of D. He has difficulty in applying the theory in tests. I am giving him as much opportunity as possible to practice tests.
Sampling Distributions for Differences in Sample Proportions
Lesson Outline
We reviewed unit 5.5 and then on the College Board Website, AP Statistics, we studied Unit 5.6, which covered the shape center, and variability of the sampling distribution of a difference in sampling proportions.
We finished our review of Unit 4 by completing units 4.9 through 4.12, which covered: combining random variables; finding the mean and standard deviation of a linear combination; calculating parameters of linear combinations; binomial random variables; the parameters of a binomial distribution; and calculating parameters for binomial and geometric distribution.
