Weekday songs, Patterns, Shapes: Danny was funny singing his weekday song along with the video. I'm glad he didn't let my off-tune sounds interfere with his learning. We used Brainpop for shapes and patterns he loved it and laughed at the animated character's antics. Have a wonderful weekend, Danny.
Counting and Calendar: Danny got silly counting today. He shot through the numbers with accuracy and laughed because i had to rush to keep up with him. We practiced the days of week also. This was a short lesson and he did a great job.
Brainpop jr., calendar, and counting: Danny had a great time on brain pop. He was locked on the demonstrations and animations, and was able to answer basic questions. Addition was presented using manipulatives, sets of 10's and 1's. Great going, Danny.
Days of the week and matching items: Danny had fun as he sang along with the video days of the week. His little voice sang Sunday, Monday, Tuesday,... in tune with the little animated people on the screen. Later we played matching covered items. He had one chance to match an item he uncovered. Only he took two turns when he didn't get it right and laughed cause he knew he got away with it. Great job,Danny.
