Lesson Outline
— From comprehensive list of literary terms provided by the College Board, had student select ten unfamiliar terms and subsequently complete a free association exercise with these. In addition to helping with these new vocabulary items, the exercise also increases the student's ability to write under pressure (time limitations).
— Had student complete part A of online diagnostic test, which measures the students commands of technicalities of writing (advanced grammar).

Created questions that will helped the student write better essays on the AP exam. Went over five different areas of history from student text. Student is very well rounded and knowledgeable but must focus on writing a bit more legible because it can lead to a lower test score on the AP exam and college in general.
