Begin project called "Reality Lab" Explain that this involves practical math and decision-making in the real world. 1) Get a job (with only a high school education - no special training) and pay is based on 40 hours per week - calculate take home pay after taxes (use 0.85 for withholding tax) This is the amount of money left to spend each month

Georgia understands the basic concept, but is making careless errors. For example, in counting change she may be short a penny or two. She needs to work on accuracy.
