Bobby and I restarted our lessons to start a business plan. We reviewed the importance of creating a business name and how it is different from DBA. We also discussed the importance and the determining factors of a location.

Bobby was absent today. I spent my time going over the sub plans for Aiden and Christopher and planning my next lesson with Nicky.

So, we discussed how he could go about choosing a name. It could be his family name, something after his mom to honor her, or even something based on his hobbies and what he likes to do.

Bobby finally attended his full session. We discussed the hiring process. Starting with accepting applications, setting up interviews, and hiring. We discussed possible interview questions, first impressions, and experiences. We also discussed what forms need to be completed by a new hire. Since he was calling from his phone, I couldn't share examples of the forms needed for a new hire.
