Bobby attended the second session. We discussed the details of an LLC. The benefits of operating a business as an LLC. We also discussed how an LLC would affect him in the long run when he is no longer dependent on his dad. I was very happy to see how well he responded to our discussion today.

Since Bobby's original plan on the fitness center is discontinued, we started on what are the steps he needs to take to start a business. We also discussed his goal towards his graduation and how I could be of help to him to achieve this goal. His assignment is to talk to dad about how he should set up the business. Filing for a Federal ID, registering a name etc. We had a very good session.
