Today Stephen worked on a Reading Eggs reading comprehension lesson during our session. He also played different language arts games on Reading Eggs to practice irregular verbs.
We completed 3 math worksheets together reviewing bar, plot, and line graphs.

Sidenote: Stephen was barely awake in class. It was really hard to get him engaged to do his work. He said he was up until after 11. Maybe we could talk to their father about an appropriate bedtime because I see the same thing with Gwendolyn.
Stephen drafted his third restaurant review of Grande's. He used his completed survey to put all of his points together in the review. He discussed the restaurant's appearance, service, quality, and cost. Stephen focused on the spelling of key words. Stephen used descriptive words in his review to keep the reader entertained. Stephen typed his review on Trip Advisor and posted it.
Stephen completed four multi step word problems. He reviewed measurement, division, and improper fractions in these review problems. Stephen continued to illustrate his math read aloud.

Stephen did enrichment on "musical notation." This covered making a staff and naming the notes and recognizing the names of the "lines" and "spaces." He also reviewed the use of the treble clef and bass clef. He practiced his 'Fur Elise" and "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring."
