Matthew was fairly late to class, limiting us. Together, Matthew and I looked at Proverbs 8:10-11. I asked Matthew a series of questions concerning the verse as Matthew continues to improve his verse interpretation.
Matthew and I took a break away from his guided reading workbook by watching a video through the "My First Bible" YouTube channel that covered the stories of Gideon and Jephthah. Matthew learned about how important promises are, and how easily it can be to over promise to someone we care for.

Matthew's father came to pick him up early for an appointment. I have begun to notice how difficult keeping Matthew focused and on task has become.
Matthew and I continued working through his guided reading book, this time encountering how Jesus helped fix many issues that were against God's wishes within the temple. Upon completion, we spent our last 10 minutes of class watching a portion of a Veggietales episode.
