We listen to 3 types of music and talk about the differences. We listened to Salsa, Tango and meringue music. They liked the drums in the Salsa and meringue music. They liked the story for the Tango.
Calendar, standardized testing: math part I and part 2. Introduced new words 'went' and 'with'.
Created sentences using new words - took turns spelling words in the sentences as we wrote them on the board. Worksheet matching sentences to illustrations. Science: Motion - recognize that wheels affect speed and motion and make moving easier. Took wheels off plastic wagon and tried to move it on asphalt, grass, and wood chips.Then repeated with the wheels on the wagon. Art: creating designs on designs.
