John was working on his ninja army men so I incorporated the commands into the Ninja army. We practiced telling the Nijnas to get up, sit down, stop. Before we could get to the ninja army we had to CUT, PASTE and learned PLEASE as well.

Introduce Chapter 5 - multiplication

John Michael worked well today and seemed to understand. Good session!
John was extremely unhappy with his LIFE today. He even talked about KILLING HIMSELF!!! Needless to say Industrial Arts was put on HOLD. We talked about all of the people and things that he was angry at and put them into a piece of wood and concrete slab. I then allowed him to hammer as hard as he could both items. After 20 minutes of exhaustive exersion he said he felt a little better. We talked a lot more, played a game of faush ball and talked more. Lastly he decided what he really needed was a hug from Brother Charlie. We made some progress and he was in much better mood when we finished our session.
I was late for class and he had extra science until I arrived. He was in a bad mood when he came to class. He said he was not going to talk. I asks him what was wrong. I told him he would have to do the few minutes of class. He was upset about having to do homework. I told him I could help him at lunch. He did practice saying HOla, Buenos died, como esta, estoy bien and adios. We were not able to make the conversation by the end of class. At the end of class he crawled under his desk and was saying he was stupid, nobody likes him, he did not want to live. I got Judie involved and had to leave for my next class.
The only thing I was able to do was to get John Michael out from under his desk. I really don't know what is troubling him, but I feel that it is more than just a science assignment.
