We worked on his test review including discussing management incentive programs, calculating whether or not to raise money by debt or preferred stock, preparing a common-size income statement, calculating a depreciation schedule for a new piece of equipment, discussing free cash flow, etc.
We did problems involving calculations perpetuities, present value of future cash flows, and payments for fully amortized loans for various amounts, rates, and periods.
Brandon has his final project of the term for this class. We started organizing it and understanding what his teacher is looking for. He is to create a 15 slide powerpoint presentation with an audio aspect on specific details in her book called 'Reset'.
We had to create a powerpoint presentation for his discussion board this week, and he had to attach a voice recording over it. We completed the powerpoint.
We went through the discussion posts for this week for this class. There were a few things to do; one being to read Chapter 16 and give a gist for the class through the discussion board. So, we read Chapter 16 together, and wrote notes to post on discussion board.
