Brandon completed his Ch. 10 Building an Organization Capable of Good Strategy Execution quiz including people, capabilities, structure, strategy execution process, staffing, resources, organizational structure, policies and procedures, practices and processes, information and operating systems, rewards and incentives, corporate culture, and internal leadership.

We continued the research into TOMS Shoes especially the criticism of the unintended consequences of giving away shoes like ruining local businesses, creating dependency, etc.

Brandon wrote up his discussion on the recent Wells Fargo scandal and took a quiz. We also did research on the TOMS Shoe case study including company background, industry background, business model, maintaining dedication to social responsibility, and financial success.
