Discuss the major receptor types for opioid action- concentrate on the Mu1 receptor and the secretion of GABA. Derive the formula for the amino acid and discuss how stimulation of the receptors brings about decreases in secretion of gaba and increases in dopamine secretion with the accompanying affects
