Student went well today. Student had a lot of questions concerning the death penalty, exclusionary clause, clear and present danger and separation of church and state. Student compares policy of the US to that of his won country.

Compare and contrast the Civil liberties in the US to other countries in the western world. Discussed the death penalty and assisted suicide.

Discuss the origins of the Constitution, who drafted it and when it was adopted. Discuss why it was amended and why it did not have the bill or rights in it in the beginning. Discuss why the articles of confederation dissolved.
