Pj enjoyed the Thanksgiving Feast.

We did an overview of what we are going to cover in science for the rest of this quarter.

We worked on math and science homework.

PJ and I played board games and had fun.

Today I substituted for Chef John in PJ's cooking class.
We watched a cooking video which made both of us very hungry.

Watch different types of cooking videos (such as a slow cooker vs. stove vs. oven) and how each worked for the food being cooked.

PJ was to take 2 classic store purchased items and make them into something from scratch. PJ has made a significant leap this year in ability in the culinary arts.

Using chicken, Ben was to create a dish using previously learned skills and methods. Ben loves garlic and spice and has a talent to combine the two basic flavors into something special.

Lucas was to use his learned skills to create a dish using chicken as a base ingredient. He showed considerable knowledge of flavor principles and cooking methods.
