Today, Aiden worked on his Art project the entire period.

I substituted for PJ in his Art class today.

We discussed a few options as possibilities for an architectural type of project. One of the ideas was to do a written and graphic analysis of the past and projected growth of an area of South Florida to help propose ways to preserve natural areas, curb uncontrolled and unnecessary growth, and still meet the demands and needs of current and future residents of the area. More discussion is needed to determine a clearer direction and scope for the project. AutoCAD will be taught as part of the class, so we will start with some basic introductory drawing exercises over the next few weeks.

We drew the second floor plan and talked about linetypes and layers.

We continued working on the floor plan to the playhouse. We placed more windows, and had a lesson on using layers.
