During today's Math class, we started working on Section 5.4. In this section, Lena will learn how to calculate simple interest. We read the lesson and Lena took notes in her notebook.

During today's Math class, we started working on Section 5.3 "Account Statements". We defined what an account statement is and how to interpret the information shown in it. Lena took her notes and completed several practice questions in her notebook.

During today's Math class, we started working on Section 5.2 "Withdrawals". We read the lesson, Lena took her notes with the new vocabulary and we completed several examples.

During today's Math classes, we worked on section 5.1 where Lena will learn how to complete a savings account deposit slip, and compute the total deposit. We read the section and Lena took her notes and completed several practice questions.

Introduction to Chapter 5.

During today's Math classes, we completed Section 4.4 "Bank Statements". Lena is making great progress and is making connections.

During today's Math class, we worked on page 176 and went over example 2, then Lena completed independently questions 3 and 4 on page 177.
