Matthew and I are working together to communicate with the college regarding their Dual Enrollment process.
As we communicate with individuals, we stop and discuss those communications so that Matthew can be independent in this process here for future classes and when attending college after high school.
Tristan completed homework such as language arts - vocabulary, reviewing meanings by filling in the circle under the picture that matches the word. Tristan worked with words such as slippery, peer, dusk, blush, swift, drench, chatter, stumble, doze, and startle. Tristan completed math, working on equivalent fractions, solving the problem step by step, using multiplication to solve.
Tristan completed homework such as math – shading figures with the indicated fractions and language arts – reading, discussing, and completing a story elements chart with the story, “Del”.
Tristan completed homework such as math – modeling fractions, shading in each fraction, activity on equivalent fractions, and three problems identifying if the fractions are equivalent or not; language arts – skills activity working on skills such as circling the correct spelling of a word that matches the picture, unscrambling a sentence, and identifying rhyming words.
Spencer enjoyed taking turns reading 'Can Jo Fly'. He was tasked with summarizing the story. Spencer used data on a chart to solve word problems that involved multi-digit addition and/or multi-digit subtraction.
Tristan completed homework such as math – practicing modeling fractions and language arts – reading CVC and CVCe words and practicing skills such as unscrambling a sentence, finding the missing vowels, and circling the correct word that matches the picture.
