The plan was to explain to Samantha various techniques of solving radical equations, including those with possible extraneous roots. I was going to work several examples with her and then we were going to do selected exercises. There was no assignment. Samantha was not present for her lesson so this lesson will be postponed until I teach her again.

Samantha's absences makes it hard for her to remember what she had learned in her previous lessons.
Today, Sam learned in this lesson to practice identifying and using adjectives, as well as distinguishing shades of meaning among closely related adjectives. Sam created her own narrative to describe a real or fictional person. Also she practiced new vocabulary (Largo, corto, grande, pequeno, gordo , delgado, rubia, pelirroja, trabajador, perezoso, algo bajo and more). Sam then took a vocabulary quiz.
