Matthew was given time to work on his vocabulary acquisition. He translated words that deal with restaurants from Spanish to English.

Matthew and I then worked on translating his supplemental text line by line. Matthew displayed mental dexterity and strength during our work.

After we would complete the translations, Matthew was responsible for going back and writing summary sentences for each paragraph.

While I worked with Matthew directly today, he will be responsible for the paragraph summaries on his own in the near future.

Bella was to have a test today.

Bella was guided through a brief review of our last session.

She then completed two online quizzes today.

She read through the lessons. She worked on the digital quizzes asking me questions along the way.

She showed a deeper understanding of each of these conjugations.

We spoke about the logical positioning of some of the questions and how it helped to display distinctions.

Bella was given time to study her restaurant and train vocabulary in preparation for her upcoming test.

We then read a lesson from the StudySpanish.com website together during which I highlighted some of the key points and brought proper perspective to various elements.

Matthew started our session by working on his train and restaurant vocabulary list.

We discussed the numerous milestones that we seek to accomplish before the winter break.

Matthew then took a practice quiz on the Spanish book (El Golf No Es...) vocabulary as an example of what the vocabulary quizzes will be like.

Today he took the train test. Then we learned new vocabulary about Thanksgiving Day. We watched some videos about this holiday and then we did a Thanksgiving activity.
