Kellan completed the review questions on determining the operation needed to solve a word problem, recognizing the unneeded information within a word problem, and basic multiplication facts. Then, Kellan continued to work on long division with and without remainders by following the steps needed to solve problems.

Kellan read about the life cycles of insects, fish, reptiles and birds. He drew a diagram of the life cycle of a ladybug and turtle.

Kellan began a study of the "Age of Exploration." He reviewed and wrote down new vocabulary words and their definitions. He drew a caricature for the state of North Dakota.

Kellan worked on finishing his Artigras comic piece.
