design fundamentals. Yanuell is currently working on his "texture" project. He is creating a panda out of soup beans. He will then create the background for this piece. Then he will be studying some artists and their styles of art and art forms.
design fundamentals. Piero had an art session today. He chose to do a painting of a shark. He started with the background first, and then painted the shark, itself. We will finish this painting next week, and then begin a new painting.
design fundamentals. Macy finished her painting of a parrot, to show the use of primary colors. She then started a new painting in the style of Henri Matisse. This will show the use of form and shape, as well as using complementary colors.
design fundamentals. Christopher finished his Picasso style painting today, then he began a new painting in the style of Henri Matisse. This painting will show the perspective of being inside a room looking out a window. Matisse used this often in his art work.
design fundamentals. Danny worked some more on his current picture of a "drum set." He is adding color to this picture, then we will decide on a background for it, possibly with a "musical" theme.
design fundamentals,Dylan finished his painting in the style of Paul Klee. He then started another painting in the style of Henri Matisse. This painting shows the use of form and shape. He also started another painting of the solar system.

She learned about primary, secondary, warm and cool colors, and also complementary colors, She made a little notebook to show all these lessons. She then started a painting of a parrot, to show the use of "primary" colors, red, blue, and yellow.
