Jonathan shot pictures outside today to begin to discover the role of director of photography for film. He focused on close-up, mid-shot, wide-shot and edited "in camera" images to show various emotional effects of colorizing and image.

Jonathan had some difficulty with subjects or ideas to shoot but really took to the editing process of an image. So we are concentrating on a sequence of images and framing the shot.
Sebastian came up with an alternative plot "Another Dimension" for his film to be cast at the Batt School in an effort to cast and collaborate with students he is developing a screenplay with Christopher. Today we discussed special effects involved in creating the cinematic experience of another dimension in time and space.

Shot sequence video editing, soundtrack, sound effects, capturing sound, adding sound to a sequence in iMovie. Macy shot video footage of her brother and altered that footage in a very creative way in iMovie by colorizing and adding a captured soundtrack from a bunny movie she found. Macy is a very quick study in film.
