Belle was guided through a cooking project in Spanish.

Together, we prepared a batch of Salsa. I spoke only Spanish during the entire preparation. She spoke mostly English, but showed an understanding of many of the items being discussed.

Belle did a great job in class today.

We continued with the chemistry lesson. We did an algebra review and talked about SI base units.

We reviewed the syllabus and set up her online account for the eBook. We took a quick tour of the lab and got her goggles. We then covered chapter 1, which is very short (what is chemistry, scientific method).
