We discussed how the US Military is funded and where the resources are allocated. We watched a video from the US Senate highlighting the cold war vs our current military funding and defense needs.
In today's class, we would have continued our topic of anatomy and physiology. Bella would have continued to work on some activities that reinforces what she's learned so far on the skeletal system. For example, on one worksheet, she would have had to label the skeletal system and some of the major bones of the body. On another, she would have had to fill in a crossword puzzle using the skeletal system hints it provides.

During today's Spanish class, we continued working on reading and comprehension. We selected several passages, we read them, and Bella worked on answering the comprehension questions.
Today Bella and I read some of The Lovely Bones and then I had her answer a discussion question. She claimed that she couldn't access the assignments section of teams nor could she access the google drive link so I just had her put her answer in the chat.
We looked at the price of oil today and discussed factors leading to the price influx. We also discussed that sometimes a rise in oil prices can actually spike economic growth.
