I. The student will be given time to respond to 5 short answer questions as part of the final exam on "The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man in the Moon Marigolds." The student is able to post her answers in the recorded chat, ask me questions, and ask for assistance.
II. The student is analyzing literature, making connections to the world, and learning to address and correct comma splices and other run on sentences as well during the written component of the final exam.

Jaydn worked on the first answer and did a fine job on the content. I helped her with her punctuation and sentence structure. I will personalize her recommendations in IXL so that we can quickly address and clean up those basic writing errors. She was happy and interested in the process of responding to the final exam questions. I gave her some time to work independently on her written response toward the end of the session.
