Today, I introduced Libby and Teddy to the game of badminton.

We also talked about keeping score.
We then worked on hitting the shuttle cock over the net.
PJ and I continue with our fitness goals.
Today, we started with a jog on the perimeter of the field.
We came back to the pavilion and did a full body dumbbell work out.
We finished with a stretch and cool down.
Aiden and I worked on a variety of different basketball drills.
We started with simple dribbling drills with both right and left hands.
We then worked on some simple passing drills including chest, bounce and overhead passes.
Lastly, we worked on our form shooting.

We came back to the pavilion and did a dumbbell workout.
We finished with a cooldown and a full-body stretch.
Today, Aiden and I worked on basketball fundamentals.
We started with some simple dribbling drills with both hands.
We then progressed to some simple ball handling drills with focus on trying to not look at the ball.
Aiden started off by running 5 laps on the perimeter of the field, (He broke his personal record for time)
We came back to the pavilion and a fitness ladder for push-ups.
We started by doing 50 then 40 followed by 30 then 20 and finally 10, That is a total of 150 in about 30 minutes..
