Jack will work on his Mathematics MAP assessment until completion. We will then use the reteaching pages as concise instruction of Topic 13: Fraction Equivalence and Comparison. This includes reviewing the terms and concepts as follows:
• denominator,
• equivalent fractions,
• fraction,
• number line,
• numerator and
• unit fraction. For an enrichment activity, we will use Rainbow Fraction Tiles Activity and Games.
Review the difference between adjectives and adverbs. Talk about cause and effect. Relate to the butterfly effect we talked about last week. Set groundwork for the story so it can be finished for writing and editing.
