Max chose a Super Mario in a jump pose for his clay sculpture design. I had Max print out the design and I helped him create the armature. Once the armature was complete, I gave Max a piece of tin foil to create the head of his character. Max used the same process to create the torso of his character. We softened some clay and covered all the placed tin foil. We worked together to refine the shape of the character to make it look 3 dimensional.
