Rory was instructed to open Photoshop, create a 8.5"x11" template, go online to find a musical note that he would like to recreate, and import the image into the template. I showed Rory how to turn down the opacity of the image and lock the layer that it was on. I walked Rory through the using the pen tool to create a path, select the path, and fill in the path. I also walked Rory through using the fx tool to add a bevel and gradient to his newly filled in image.
