Cabo started his math homework with very little encouragement. He spent a considerable amount of time trying to figure out the last problem, but was not coming to a solution. I suggested he move on to his history homework. He was tasked with reading 4 pages and defining four concepts. Cabo wrote one sentence about each concept. We continue to talk about motivation and positive consequences of doing his best work. We ended the session organizing his desk to get ready for tomorrow.
