Today we continued with consumer psychology. We dissected the questions, "Why do people shop?" and "How do people shop?" We brought forward Maslow's Hierarchy and shopping to fulfill the basic needs: food/water and shelter. Abby was asked to provide examples for what it may have been like to shop before the internet. She was engaged and stayed on topic throughout the class. Good session!
