Abby and I worked in her Sadlier Vocabulary book. We studied the words. I presented the pronunciations. We completed the application activities that followed. We needed to define some of the answer choice words--we worked on the skill of using words in context in order to define their meaning. We ran out of time so Abby will read some of her novel for homework.
